I have a well rounded background of world experiences and my only true regret is not having pictures of some of the sights that I have seen; Good, Bad and Ugly.
When I was working in a past industry, we used call-signs to refer to one another; mine was 'Fluffy.' As I have gotten into Photography, I figured maybe Fluffy is not a bad name to keep being that everyone seems to remember it the minute I say my name.
That said, I hope you find Fluffyshotme as a humorous spin on my previous life and my explorations as a photographer (my friends will likely get the humor). For those of you who arrived here via http://www.fluffyshotme.com, I guess the above makes more sense.
I first was inspired to get into photography after seeing the works of Trey Ratcliff. I started reading up on photography and watching Youtube tutorials (my inner geek shining through). The more I learned, the more I wanted to get started. Then, one night at a Baseball game, I met a guy named Tim Stanley who was taking pictures for his blog. Through speaking with him, we realized that we go to the same church and he gave me his website to check out. He is a very talented photographer and I figured this was my chance to get some mentoring. I went out and got my camera and few lenses to start and it's been all down hill from there. I love the feeling that I get when I come back from a shoot and get to view my pictures for the first time, it's like opening up a gift.
I hope you enjoy the sights that I have captured with my lens. I enjoy taking shots of pretty much anything that draws an emotional connection from me.
